Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive safely and keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process. All orders include tracked shipping, so you can follow your package from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your address.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us so we can help review the shipment.

A delayed tracking update does not necessarily mean the package has been lost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check around your property and delivery location.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

  4. Contact our support team if the package is still missing.

We will review the available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees. When applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays beyond the original estimate.
